Our Backhoe course is held over two days with assessment held on the second day, however, if a client needs more time to become competant to WorkCover standard there is NO CHARGE for the extra time. It is all part of making the trainees feel comfortable and at ease on the equipment. Our Earthmoving courses are designed to suit the experienced operator or the total novice. WorkCover / VETAB requirements Site inspection Hazard Identification Pre-Operational check of machine Safe operation of machine Digging around a pipe Moving loads with slings Loading a truck Filling a trench Leveling ground Maintenance of machine Safe parking of machine Post operational check
OUTCOMES:On successful completion of the course, the issue of a 'Certificate of Attainment' in partial completion of Certificate III Civil Construction (Plant Operations) BCC30603 as well as all paperwork necessary to be submitted to obtain a WorkCover Licence.
