Our Forklift courses can be designed to cater for the experienced operator or the novice who has not even sat on a Forklift.

A scenario could be that the applicant has extensive experience driving a Forklift, in this case we can offer a 2 day course with assessment on the second day.

For the totally inexperienced applicant, a 3 day course would be offered which would cover:
  • Site Inspection
  • Pre- Operation check of Forklift
  • WorkCover Requirements
  • Safe operation of Forklift
  • Practice loading on to pallet racks
  • Practice loading on and off trucks
  • Safe parking of Forklift
  • Post-operational checks
  • Theory component


    • The courses outlined above are available on general Forklifts (electric or gas).

    OUTCOMES: On successful completion of the course, the issue of a 'Certificate of Attainment' (TLILIC108A - Licence to Operate a Forklift) in partial completion of Certificate II Transport and Logistics (Road Transport) TLI20207 as well as all paperwork necessary to be submitted to obtain a WorkCover Licence.
