| Select/Modify Traffic Control Plans |
| Description | This course provides training for staff who are required to select and make minor modifications to existing Traffic Control Plans (TCP) to suit work locations.
Note This course does not qualify participants to design a non standard TCP.

| Learning Outcomes |
Explain the requirements of a Traffic Management Plan (TMP).
Describe the Set out and Close down of a TCP.
Conduct a risk review for a TCP.
Make minor site specific modifications to approved TCPs.
Inspect an approved TCP.

| Target Audience | Any person who may be required to select and modify existing TCPs to suit work locations. These can include:
Works Supervisors.
Team Leaders.

| Pre-requisites |
Adequate literacy and analytical skills
AND HAVE
- Demonstrated Industry Experience in Traffic Control for a period of 12 months.
OR HAVE
- Demonstrated Industry Experience in Applying Traffic Control Plans for a period of 12 months.
OR HAVE
- Equivalent current industry experience.
OR HOLD
- A current Select/Modify Traffic Control Plans Photo ID Card.
